Refunds & Returns

Please contact us if you are unhappy with any of your items. We will be happy to provide a full refund, exchange or replace any items, excluding pierced earrings and bespoke framing, within 14 days of delivery. Unwanted items must be returned in pristine and unused condition, including packaging and tags.

Refunds to the payment details used at purchase will be issued within 1-2 weeks, it may take up to three working days for the payment to show up in your account.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

It is possible that items may be damaged whilst in transit, or that an error may have been made during the packing of your order.

We are unable to refund, replace or exchange the following items unless they are faulty: Pierced Earrings Bespoke framing Cancellations
