Martha Smith is a tattooist and illustrator, soon to be based in Thanet. Martha studied illustration at Camberwell College of Arts where she specialised in relief printing and mark making in her illustration process.
Her prints followed on from the themes explored in her tattoo work: human forms and nature. These exclusive face masks made for Turner Contemporary nod to her favourite artists - Yves Klein, Matisse and Cézanne - as well as the fuller forms seen in renaissance painting and features a single curled nude figure in vibrant blue
